These terms cover use of this website and the messages we send. The work itself is governed by the written scope and agreement signed for your property, which takes precedence over anything here.

Using this site
You are welcome to read, print, and share anything on this site for the purpose of evaluating or arranging facility services. You may not scrape it, republish it as your own, or use it to train a system that competes with us. The wordmark, the design, and the written content belong to Unison Facility Services.
Quotes, scopes, and pricing
Nothing on this website is a quote or an offer to contract. We do not publish prices, and no page here states or implies a rate for any service. Price and scope are produced only after a walkthrough of your specific property and are set out in a written document.
The written scope is the agreement. Where anything on this site differs from your signed scope, the scope governs. Verbal statements — on the phone, on site, or at a walkthrough — do not vary a written scope; amendments are made in writing.

SMS messaging terms
By ticking the SMS consent box on a form, you agree to receive text messages from Unison Facility Services at the mobile number you provide. Messages relate to your walkthrough request, scheduling, and service updates for your property.
Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase, quote, or service. Message frequency varies depending on your enquiry and any active work at your property. Message and data rates may apply according to your carrier and plan.
To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from us; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. For assistance, reply HELP or call 855-835-0835. Supported carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The only third party that receives your number is the messaging provider delivering messages on our behalf.

Who we work for
We serve commercial and residential properties across Southern California. Coverage is not uniform across every county, and we will tell you plainly whether we can hold our standard at your address rather than accepting work we cannot deliver.
Accuracy of information
We keep this site accurate and update it when things change. Service descriptions, cadence tables, and coverage information are illustrative of how programs are usually built, not a guarantee of what your program will contain. Your written scope is the definitive statement of what we will do at your property.
Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services — a mapping provider on the Contact page, and the form provider that delivers your enquiry to us. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct. The map is not loaded until you press "Load map".
Liability
This website is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here, from the site being unavailable, or from any third-party service linked from it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Liability for the work itself is governed by your signed scope and the insurance certificates issued with it, not by this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of Los Angeles County have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
