Request a walkthrough
Thirty minutes. Then a written scope.
We walk the property with you, measure what is actually there, and come back with a task list, a cadence, and a price. Free, and there is nothing to sign at the end of it.
- We walk the property with whoever manages it, at a time that suits the building.
- Areas are measured and fixtures counted — we are not estimating from a floor plan.
- You tell us what has been going wrong; that shapes the scope more than anything else.
- No pricing is quoted on the spot, because a number given before the measurements is a guess.

What happens after
Three steps, then a decision.
-
Written scope
Room by room, task by task, with a frequency against every line and the exclusions stated plainly.
-
Price against that scope
Built on the measurements, with cadence options priced separately so you can compare them side by side.
-
Your decision
Take it, change it, or take it to another vendor as a specification. The document is yours either way.
Before you ask
Is the walkthrough really free?
Yes, and there is nothing to sign at the end of it. You keep the written scope whether or not you use us — several people have used ours to re-tender with their existing vendor, which is a fair outcome.
How soon can you come out?
Walkthroughs are usually scheduled within 4 hours of a request. Woodland Hills and the surrounding Valley cities are often same-week because our office is on Canoga Avenue.
What should I have ready?
Nothing formal. A floor plan helps if you have one, and knowing your access constraints — dock hours, alarm codes, badge rules — saves a second visit. Otherwise just walk us round.
Will I be put on a mailing list?
No. We reply with a walkthrough time, and after the scope goes out we follow up once. There is no drip sequence and we do not sell your details.
