Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum we need to walk your property and quote the work. We do not sell your information. This page explains exactly what we hold, why, and how to have it removed.

Last updated: {{LAST_UPDATED}} · Applies to unisonfacilityservices.com and to enquiries made by phone, email, or text.

The short version

  • We collect your name, company, and phone so we can walk your property and quote the work.
  • We never sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
  • SMS is opt-in, optional, and never a condition of service. Reply STOP to opt out.
  • No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no third-party marketing pixels.
  • Ask us to delete what we hold and we will, without asking why.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to an enquiry and quote the work. If you submit a form on this site, that is your name, your company or property name, your phone number, and — if you choose to give them — your email address, property address, and anything you write in the message field. Selections such as property type, square footage, service needed, frequency, and preferred start are collected where the form asks for them.

We also receive basic technical information automatically when you visit: the page you landed on, the page that referred you, approximate region, and general device and browser type. This is aggregate traffic information and is not used to build a profile of you as an individual.

  • Contact details you enter into a form, or give us by phone or email
  • Property details relevant to scoping the work
  • Message content you choose to send us
  • Aggregate site analytics — pages, referrer, approximate region, device type

What we do not collect

We do not ask for and do not want payment card details, bank information, government identifiers, or any sensitive personal information through this website. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. We do not use advertising trackers or cross-site behavioural profiling, and we do not run third-party marketing pixels on this site.

How we use it

Your information is used to reply to your enquiry, schedule and carry out a walkthrough, write and send a scope and price, and — if you become a client — to manage the account and the work. That is the whole purpose.

We may contact you once or twice after sending a scope to ask whether you want to proceed. If you tell us to stop, we stop, and we will confirm that in writing.

Text messages and SMS consent

If you tick the SMS box on a form, you are consenting to receive text messages from Unison Facility Services at the number you provided, about your walkthrough request, scheduling, and service updates. Consent is optional and is never a condition of any purchase, quote, or service — leaving the box unticked does not affect your enquiry in any way.

Message frequency varies with your enquiry and any active work at your property. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your phone number and SMS consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging provider that delivers the messages on our behalf.

  • Consent is opt-in, unticked by default, and separate from your general contact consent
  • Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help
  • Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply
  • Phone numbers and SMS consent are never sold or shared for third-party marketing

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with the service providers who make the site and our operations work, and only to the extent they need it:

  • Our form provider, which receives and delivers form submissions to us
  • Our email and messaging providers, which deliver our replies to you
  • Our website host, which serves the pages you request
  • Our analytics provider, which receives aggregate traffic data
  • Professional advisers, or a regulator or authority where the law requires it

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Analytics are limited to aggregate page and traffic measurement so we can see which pages are useful. The interactive map on the Contact page is not loaded until you press "Load map", so no third-party map cookies are set unless you ask for it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become work are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, so that we recognise you if you come back. Client records are kept for the life of the relationship and then for as long as tax, insurance, and contractual obligations require. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

How we protect it

Form submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection. Access to enquiry and client records is limited to the people who need it to do the work, and removed when someone leaves. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise — but we hold very little about you, which is itself a meaningful protection.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop contacting you. We will action the request and confirm in writing. There is no charge and we will not ask you to justify the request.

California residents have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information is collected and how it is used, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of on that front — but the rights above apply and you can exercise them using the contact details below.

  • Right to know what we hold and how we use it
  • Right to request correction or deletion
  • Right to opt out of all contact, including SMS
  • Right not to be treated differently for exercising any of these

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting how we use information you have already given us will be communicated directly to anyone affected rather than posted quietly.

Contact us about your data

To see, correct, or delete what we hold, or to opt out of any contact, reach us on either of these and we will confirm in writing.
